How about "possimistic"? I heard this word one day at work. Actually, what they meant to say was "optimistic", but it just didn't come out that way. Sometimes what we want to say and what we actually say are two different things. This inadvertant mispronounciation has inspired me to use it as my blog's name. I see the word two different ways. It definitely is a combination of optimist and pessimist. But isn't that actually just a realist? Anyhow, this conjured up word almost certainly defines me. I also think the word very much resembles the furry marsupial we all know as a possum (a.k.a. opossum). And if you live in the South, it might just mean dinner.
I hope to get this blog thing going. I look forward to seeing how my thoughts actually play out in this internet evironment.
